How do I know that the products are from the latest batch and are brand new?
All products we sell have expiration or best before dates and you will be able to see expiry date of a particular product on the product page. We have robust working environment to ensure that we carry products from the latest manufacturing batch only. Our inventories levels are at “minimum” level so that fresh stock is replenished on a regular basis.
Can I suggest a product for you to carry on your website?
Can I return the product I received?
Unopened and therefore unused products that you've had for less than 15 days from the receipt can be returned to us to our physical address. Please enclose a copy of your order from your online Order History on your ayurvikalp.com website account. The amount of refund would be 100% of the amount that you have paid. The shipping cost of sending the product back would be borne by you.
Do you guarantee the result of the products you sell?
Please note that we are unable to guarantee you specific results. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality. We also guarantee that products that we sell on our website are chosen from the most authentic and reputed Ayurvedic companies of India and their name represent utmost trust and faith of consumers. It is our principal commitment to sell safe, efficacious and genuine Ayurvedic/Herbal products.
How do I find out if a particular product is compatible with my existing medication?
We recommend that it is always prudent to consult your physician before taking any Herbal and nutritional Supplements. If you are on any allopathic medication do not discontinue unless specifically advised by your physician.
Can I take herbal supplement if I am pregnant or nursing women?
Please consult your physician first, before you order or take herbal supplements or Ayurvedic medicines.

Can I have a shipping address that is different from my billing address?
Yes; you can order for others to be delivered to a different address from your billing address. When you check out, please ensure that you properly enter accurate and complete address of the intended recipient in the shipping address area.
How my order progresses from the time I make the payment?
Once you make the payment, an order confirmation mail will be sent to your email account. Your order will be packed and shipped on the following day in 99% of the case. We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders of Sunday and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Once the item is shipped we will update your account with the tracking number. An email will also be sent to you in this regard containing the tracking number and other relevant postal information.
Can I have my order sent to my P.O. Box?
Yes we do.
Will there be import duties payable on my order?
In 99.99% of the cases there will be no custom duties. In case of doubt please check your country's postal website on import of items.
What if I do not receive my order within the time estimate given?
Please contact us we will assist you with the status. 1% of the order may get delayed beyond estimated delivery period for unknown reasons. In case if the item gets lost in transit, we will issue full refund to you on 31st day from the date of dispatch.

How to order, register and make payment?
Once you select the product to buy, enter the required quantity in the box and press “Add to cart” button which will take you to the shopping cart. You can add to cart as many products as you wish and once you are through, click on “Check out” to register/sign-in.

Yes, you need to provide only three information here – Name, email and password. When you make purchase and check out, you need to provide shipping address information.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to be fair and would protect your financial interest under all circumstances. Our all transaction is insured without any additional cost to you. If your order is lost in the postal system and is not delivered to you we will either refund you 100% or send you replacement. In such cases, refund or replacement shall be processed on the 31st day from the date of dispatch of your transaction.
You can also return Unopened and Unused product for Refund within 15 days of the receipt of the products for 100% Refund. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
